This Legal Notice applies to imperialequine.com and to every product sold by Imperial Equine, LLC ("Imperial Equine," "we," "us," or "our"). It supplements, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service, Terms of Sale, and Refund Policy. If any provision here conflicts with those documents on a matter of product safety, use, or liability, this Legal Notice controls.

Product Warnings and Directions for Use

The following notices apply to all Imperial Equine products. They are printed or referenced on product labeling and are repeated here for your reference before and after purchase.

Caution: Follow label directions. Refer to imperialequine.com for full disclaimer. Feeding added selenium at levels in excess of 0.3ppm in the total diet is prohibited. If animal's condition worsens or does not improve, stop product administration and consult your veterinarian. Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven. Federal law prohibits the off-label use of this product in ruminants.

For use in horses only.

Warning: Not for human consumption. Keep out of reach of children and animals. In case of accidental overdose, contact a health professional immediately. The product should not be given to animals intended for human consumption.

Imperial Equine products are supplements formulated to support general equine wellness. They are not drugs, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and have not been evaluated for that purpose by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory body. Always consult a licensed veterinarian before introducing any new supplement, particularly for horses that are pregnant, nursing, intended for breeding, being treated for an existing condition, taking other medications, or competing under a governing body with its own substance and medication rules — it is the purchaser's sole responsibility to confirm a product's compliance with the rules of any competition, sale, or association before use. Discontinue use immediately and consult a veterinarian if a horse shows any adverse reaction.

Limitation of Liability

Imperial Equine, LLC's liability for use of this product shall not exceed this product's purchase price, and in no event shall Imperial Equine, LLC be liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from this product's use. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and is in addition to, and not in place of, the disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in our Terms of Service and Terms of Sale.
